Shipping:

 We are currently offering free shipping to addresses in the U.S. for all orders $48 and over.   No coupon code is necessary, just select "Free Shipping" when checking out.  You can also add insurance to your package or upgrade to FedEx/UPS for a nominal fee.

 Since each item listed in our store is made when ordered, your order will ship out within 7 business days of your order being placed (Monday-Friday). If you need something sooner, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your request. Currently we ship using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS.  We HIGHLY recommend that you chose FedEx/UPS as we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our studio and unfortunately, USPS has not been as reliable as it should be.  With Priority Mail shipping you have the option of adding insurance which is highly recommended for fragile items such as jewelry.   While it is a couple dollars more to use these premium services it is worth it to have peace of mind that your package will arrive!!    

 Since all orders are created when ordered, your order will ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of the order being placed. USPS Priority Mail generally takes between 2-3 days to receive after an order has shipped, FedEx and UPS will take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on where you are located.  However, when it comes to shipping estimates, Zedena Designs cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to weather, issues at the Postal Service, or addresses that were given to us incorrectly. 

 If you are shipping to a PO Box, you will need to select Priority Mail.  

If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us for information on shipping via FedEx or UPS.  Your most economical option would likely be USPS Priority Mail plus Insurance.

Packages over $200.00:

FedEx Ground- $10.95

We currently do not ship to International Addresses.

 Returns/Exchanges:

We want you to love your new Zedena Designs jewelry, so if you do not like something you purchased, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. You will then receive a Return Authorization Code and can then ship the item back to us, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, as soon as we have received the item back in a re-sellable condition. You can also exchange the item if you choose, but you will be responsible to pay the extra shipping charges. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange it, or refund your purchase price, less shipping, once we receive the item back. No refunds or exchanges will be processed if we are not contacted within 3 days of your receipt of the item.  Please note, you MUST contact us first and receive the RA Code prior to shipping the item back to us.

Since we do sell Swarovski Crystal Jewelry and sometimes use Leaded Enamels:

Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or reproductive harm.

A note about leaded enamels:
Zedena Designs does use leaded enamels in some of our work because of the beauty and brilliance of the colors. We do not put lead on the backs of the pieces where they will be touching skin. These pieces are safe to wear, however they are not recommended for children under age 12. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact for more detailed information.
